trendcam is an aggregator: it indexes and links to live broadcasts that are produced, hosted and transmitted by independent third-party cam sites. trendcam does not produce, record, upload, edit or store any of the visual content reachable through this catalogue, and it is not the producer (primary or secondary) of that content as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75.

Where the records are held

Every broadcast listed here originates from an external platform. Each of those platforms is responsible for verifying that all performers appearing on its service were at least 18 years of age at the time of production, and for creating and maintaining the records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257. Those records are held by the respective platform, at the custodian address published in that platform's own 2257 statement — follow the outbound link on any listing to reach it.

Reporting content

If you believe a listing points at material that is unlawful, non-consensual, or involves a performer under 18, report it to the originating platform through the reporting tools it provides. Reports made to the platform reach the party that holds the underlying records and can remove the broadcast at source; trendcam removes the corresponding listing when the upstream feed withdraws it.

Access by minors
